Refunds & Cancellations

1. Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, provide at least 24 hours notice. At Lessoner, we encourage students and teachers to work out lesson schedules that work great for everyone. We only have one rule: your teacher needs 24 hours notice if you want to make any changes to your schedule. Please give your teacher at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a single lesson. Forgetting to do so may result in the lesson being marked as missed when your teacher marks attendance. Missed lessons cannot be rescheduled, which means payments for missed lessons are not reusable, refundable, or transferable. We also encourage you to chat with your teacher if you need to take a longer period of absence from lessons. You can cancel and reschedule lessons through your Lessoner account anytime up to 24 hours before your lesson. If you need to cancel your subscription, please let your teacher know as well as contact Lessoner directly at least 24 hours before your next lesson to ensure any refund includes all the lessons you’re expecting. Lessons that are less than 24 hours away are non-refundable.

2. Remeining Lessons Holding

We can put your lessons on hold or provide a refund .If you need to stop lessons before you have used all of your paid lessons, we can either put your lessons on hold to use later (as a positive Account Balance) or provide a refund for any future unused lesson credits. You can cancel lessons directly from your online student account. Make sure to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours prior to your next lesson to ensure your refund includes all the lessons you are expecting. After cancelling, if you would like a refund for any unused lessons please contact our Support Team. Please be aware that it can take 3 business days to respond to your inquiry.

3. Stoping a Service

If you no longer want to take lessons, you can cancel the lessons directly from your student account in your account. To do this, you need to contact the teacher directly through the chat in your personal account or ask a technical support question by writing to support@lessoner.com, or ask a question through the feedback form on the site or write your question via chat to the resource administrator in your personal account.

4. Resuming lessons

The first step is to log in to your online student account.
Purchase Additional Lessons
To resume classes with a teacher with whom you previously worked, please purchase additional lessons directly through the reservation of this site on the site. After you have purchased the lessons, you will be notified by email when your teacher accepts or rejects your booking.
To Sign Up With a New Instructor
If you wish to sign up for lessons with a new instructor go to www.lessoner.com to the “find teacher” section to find your perfect instructor. If you need assistance give us a call at +971 566356774.

5. Refunding Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, we will help you to find a new teacher or you can get a refund for any unused time within 2 months from the date of purchase. Just contact us at least 24 hours before the next lesson to cancel and receive a 100% refund, excluding payment gateway refund charges and currency exchange difference.
